Yetu Ltd is responsible for information submitted through Yetu AI. Contact us at info@yetu.uk with a privacy question or request.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, work email, company or organisation, role, the opportunity or problem you describe, your intended outcome and any optional timeline.

Where available, we also record limited first-party measurement information: which primary enquiry link was selected, standard UTM campaign fields, the referring website’s origin and the landing-page path. We do not use third-party analytics on this site.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to assess and respond to your request, manage the resulting conversation, maintain the security and reliability of the enquiry service, and understand whether the site’s enquiry journey is working.

We do not use enquiry details for marketing without separate consent, and submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Access and retention

Enquiries and first-party measurement records are stored privately and are not published. Access is limited to authorised Site owners or editors who need it to operate the enquiry process.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship, security, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations.
