Risk / Governance
Practical controls for responsible experimentation
Our approach is designed to help organisations test AI opportunities without treating experimentation as permission for uncontrolled deployment.
Human accountability
Material decisions and external actions remain with identified, accountable people. An AI output is evidence to review, not an automatic instruction to act.
Bounded access
The AI Opportunity Review does not require production credentials or unrestricted access to customer systems. Any later pilot should define its environment, data access and operational boundaries separately.
Evidence before commitment
We distinguish evidence, assumptions and hypotheses; define success and stop criteria; and recommend a pilot only where the Review indicates that testing is justified.
Data minimisation
Organisations should share only the information needed for the agreed task. Synthetic or non-production material is preferred during early exploration where it can answer the relevant question.
Context matters
Controls must reflect the workflow, people, data and potential impact involved. This page describes working principles, not a certification, regulatory approval or guarantee that every risk has been removed.
